“The Pre-Glued Pack” sock packaging machine can process folded socks in 1, 2 or 3 pairs with a variety pack shapes.

Processes include:

• Print and place sticker on the back of pack.
• Pre-form pack.
• Print and apply size sticker on front of pack.
• Fold and load socks.
• Transfer or promotional sticker.
• Stack and insert socks into pack.
• Tag socks to pack with Avery Dennison System 1000 or Fine Fabric Long needle.
