SPECIFICATION

This machine was developed to automatically sew
the rider (normal or “h” Carpenter type), but with
additional Autotex modules, it can be used for
other packaging operations.

Simple, compact and easy to use, it aids high hourly
production reducing manual labour costs.

Loading is fast and ergonomic, thanks to an adjustble
form and a positioning laser and the fact that
the socks do not necessarily have to be pre-folded.

It is able to sew all types of socks, classic and
sports, for men women and children.

It is completely modular, with the possibility of adding some of the following to the standard unit:

• Transfer.
• Adhesive promotional sticker applicator
• Rider hook applicator.
• Rider feed for special shapes i.e. “h” or Carpenter.
• Bar code printer for adhesive label with automatic application onto rider.
• Bar code printer directly onto card rider.
• Adhesive and/or card ride, or polypropilene, on
  single or multiple pairs of socks.
• Multi-bagger.
• Etc..
