Automation for parts inspection by cameras

This type of automation is designed according to the customer's specific requests, can be connected to other machines, for example to CNC for the machining of mechanical parts, or available in a standalone version.
The machine consists in a series of cameras for quality and dimensional control of the pieces.

The cameras compare the "sample" model with all the pieces that the automation proposes, managing waste, counting and classifying the pieces.

The inspection can be done on any type of product, mechanical, electrical, textile.
